With the thrash hardcore scene alive and well today, S.M.D. has released their third full-length album The Devil Makes Me Do It. The album was released back in May, recorded and distributed by Six Weeks Records. S.M.D. is a quartet that has expanded the thrash hardcore music world for almost 18 years.

The band members are Maury (Vocals), Rito (Drums), Nick (Guitar), and Anthony (Bass). From Pico Rivera, S.M.D. is once again coming to the end of a northwestern tour in support of their new release that embarked the band on a ten-day journey through nine cities in nine states.

The Devil Makes Me Do It is a 25-minute album with 15 tracks that unleashes the hardcore thrash metal sound that cannot be mistaken for any other band. In the album, S.M.D. provides strong, fast tempo beats that would send anyone into a wrath.

The strong powerful vocals on this album will leave scars in your ears. The pounding- bone crushing drumwork will leave you still hearing a buzz long after the album is over. The guitar tracks are amazing and truly difficult to achieve along with the bass work on this album.
