Ever hear of dating boot camp? Steven Ward is the host to Vh1's Tough Love. Ward puts a selected group of young and middle aged women through dating boot camp and helps them change some of their bad dating habits.

According to the April issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, there are six major problems that females do and can avoid without going through the intense boot camp.

The first thing that Ward mentions is what most women don't realize is that what you wear that your friends consider cute is usually the opposite of what guys think is sexy. Ward states to avoid baby-doll dresses, boyfriend jeans, and flats. Usually men don't really know what's in style or the latest fashion trend, but men do like clothes that show off a female's figure. However make sure you don't cross the boundaries of looking sexy to skanky.

The Second thing is giving your date to much information. It's basically a double standard, a guy can brag all about himself but when it comes down to a girl talking about herself she's being annoying and almost sounds like complaining. Also, guys don't want to hear how wasted you got Saturday night or how hard you party. Men don't like women who are negative.

Next on the list is texting him too much. When you're first dating and you're texting too much, you might freak him out. Don't text him and let him pursue you, make him call you instead of text you.

Don't start up texting conversations or check up on him through texting until you know you guys are officially dating.

Fourth on the list is make yourself a challenge but don't blow him off at every attempted he tries on taking you out. Skip yoga class or DVR American Idol.

If you can't fit him in for the next two weeks he might think you're inflexible or even high-maintenance. Remember to be available and be up for doing anything he might suggest would be a good outing.

Also, fifth on the problem list is checking your phone too much while on a date. If your checking your emails, texting, and answering calls then your date will think you're just not that into him, you're too busy with your own life.

Also, if things are getting spicy and your phone rings, don't answer! That is a huge turn off for men. Simply just turn off your phone while on a date.

Last on the list is asking the right questions. Ward states not to ask questions about politics or religion because it will cause a stir, but lighter topics such as food, drinks, and entertainment. Men like to talk about themselves so ask them questions so they can feel interesting and they are automatically going to think you are interested in them.

These six things are just many of the troubles girls have when it comes to dating. I believe that there is someone out there for everyone, and remember stop searching and love will find you.
